Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development process by helping with wireframes
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the function look of website
• Collaborate with the subsidiaries, team lead(s), mobile app/web developers and other team members to enhance the overall design of the website
• Conduct research and track advancements in the patterns of website design
• Design and manage the website UI designs in coordination with Technology Team to bring the final output
• Collaborate with Content Writing Team together with giving feedback and suggestions by denoting the limitations of web interface
• Having a professional approach of graphic designing skills as well as advanced knowledge of software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Figma.com.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Academic Certification in Design from any premier institute
• 2 years of experience in designing UI for websites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Well versed in CSS, HTML and Bootstrap.
• Adobe Suits software relevant for UI/UX as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch and other prototype design software (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision, etc) will be a plus.
• Expertise in wireframe/prototype design tools i.e Figma.com.
• Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Good knowledge of website development and prototyping. A portfolio of design projects is compulsory.
• Expertise in Adobe XD, Invision, and Sketch Strong in interaction design and visual design for desktop and mobile.
• Ability to perform responsibilities effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Noticeable analytical skills and creative thinking.
• Ability to plan and create new designs.
• Strong communication skills with the stakeholders along with good time management skills.
